Is there a free trial?
Core documentation features are available on a no-cost tier before you add a payment method. Upgrade when advisor throughput, sharing, or team controls become necessary. Existing drafts remain available after the change.
Can plans change later?
You may move among Basic, Professional, and Clinic at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades align with the close of the current cycle so paid capability remains through the interval already invoiced. Proration applies when upgrading mid-cycle.
Which payment methods are supported?
Major payment cards and ACH are accepted on Clinic plans. Invoicing for qualified organizations is available through workspace billing settings.
